Shingu is famous for its Pacific saury sushi. This lean Pacific saury, caught in the Kinan shoreline from late autumn through winter, is marinated with salt, then vinegar, and finally served on top of sushi rice. This is also available for takeout.
The restaurant has 2 floors and can accommodate up to 75 guests.
