Maeda

This is a sushi and Japanese cuisine restaurant, where you can taste the freshest of fish, caught from local ports such as Shingu and Ukui. Their dashi, the kelp and bonito broth at the heart of Japanese cuisine, is made with care each morning, while their soy sauce and other condiments are locally made in Wakayama Prefecture. The menu is available in English, Chinese, Korean, French, Spanish, Thai, and Vietnamese ready for anybody to visit.

Sanma-Zushi (Pacific Saury Sushi)

Shingu is famous for its Pacific saury sushi. This lean Pacific saury, caught in the Kinan shoreline from late autumn through winter, is marinated with salt, then vinegar, and finally served on top of sushi rice. This is also available for takeout.

Chairs in the Japanese-Style Room

The restaurant has 2 floors and can accommodate up to 75 guests.
