At Kaki-no-ate, only the best mackerel and salmon are combined with carefully chosen ingredients and scrumptious rice - these sushi pieces are individually wrapped by hand in the leaves of Japanese persimmons to attain a delicate flavour that can't be tasted anywhere else in the area. They serve these tasty morsels alongside homemade soba noodles, to create a magical set meal experience that comes highly recommended by the locals.
